ROLES AND
Responsibilities:
Provide information, technical assistance and training to specific departments including, Member Services, Provider Network Management, Health Care Services, Community Relations, Pharmacy and Claims
Handle triage coordination of service on calls and referrals
Conduct escalated service coordination on complex cases and supervise progress of ongoing provider-based coordination activities
Serve as an on-site liaison in high-volume tertiary care centers to make referrals and coordinate public program services
Manage assigned programs and projects
Prepare critical program access documentation to meet contract compliance standards
Research and prepare conflict resolution documentation.
Test and implement program database enhancements
Develop and test state program data exchange interfaces
Develop reports and provide analyses to assist with various business decisions
Additional duties as assigned
REQUIRED
Qualifications:
High School diploma, GED or equivalent
Hold current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of Arizona
1
years of LPN experience within a pediatric environment
Knowledge of publicly funded health care programs in Arizona
Strong communication, customer service, organization and presentation skills
