Responsibilities Essential Functions Develops a national business plan, executing on a successful established regional model, to scale across the US Works with key internal practice leaders to build repeatable and scalable solutions that differentiate ConvergeOne's go to market strategy in the SLED space Aligns and engages with ConvergeOne senior sales leaders to build a targeted sales motion Positions and promotes ConvergeOne's value proposition to OEM partners and customers while reinforcing existing relationships Provides strategic advice and view of the market to senior sales and practice leaders within the company Understands the competitive landscape Manages all State contracts Additional Specific Duties and Responsibilities Demonstrates clear understanding of Public Sector Procurement Policies driving a company standard for an opportunity within the sales force Understands the application of lobbyists, political consultants, marketing and public sector buying cycles Participates actively in the field including customer calls and presentations, uncovering new opportunities, target market research and go to market strategies Partners with sales leadership to leverage account planning methodology and expands ConvergeOne Solutions across all architectures Qualifications Required Qualifications 15
years of relevant industry experience 10
yeas of relevant SLED sales, sales support or partnering experience People Management Performance Management Sales and Sales Process Strong cross functional team skills Ability to think strategically but also have exceptional attention to detail Building and Motivating teams Outstanding industry relationships Undergraduate degree in business, IT, finance or experience and educational equivalent
Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
Technical Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
