Job Description Summary Under general supervision, responsible for providing complex information and data analysis to support projects and/or in the overall management of a business unit/department. Develops and documents business requirements and/or business solutions to solve complex problems and issues related to the business. Essential Job Functions Partners with business team members to define business needs through utilization to effective data gathering techniques. Evaluates and develops various methods of analysis and/or project planning that influence strategic initiatives. Analyzes and evaluates data gathered from multiple sources. Reconciles differences and applies consistent approaches to data interpretation and performance measurement results. Engages with business partners and users to ensure that critical strategic decisions are vetted and well thought out prior to implementation. Ensures project dependencies are clearly defined and communicated appropriately in terms of time required to complete. Responsible for complex examinations of current business processes and provides recommendations for improving quality and/or increasing efficiency within business unit operations. Other Job Duties May lead efforts in the development of business unit analytics, department or operational procedures, reporting, financial analysis, communication, and/or strategic planning activities. Act as liaison between the customer and the project team. Respond to various internal/external audit requests and design/implement remediation plans Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Experience Requires advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through higher level education combined with work experience. May have applied knowledge of project management. Requires 5 years minimum experience. Education Bachelor's Degree Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting necessary processes, business requirement proposals, client interaction, and project documentation as required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with thoroughness and attention to detail is highly desired. Project management tools such as Microsoft Office suite. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
