The prospective candidate will need excellent oral and written communications.
They should have the ability to maintain a courteous and professional demeanor while working under pressure; self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, detail oriented, strong analytical ability.

Education Required High School Diploma, Relevant Work Experience, Bachelor's Degree preferred Experience Required 3
years of healthcare operations leadership positions, computer literate, verbal and written skills Job Purpose Provides leadership, Training and direction for all aspects of the claims department for the Major Medical and Value based pricing Health plans.
This includes high dollar claim review and adjudication, oversight for non-standard claim reimbursements and provide support to other departmental Managers on complex claim reviews.

claims, HCFA, Non-Standard reimbursements and performing audits of the adjudicated claims Review and approval of high dollar claims submitted by CCARD Implementation of policies and procedures including staff training Providing claims support and training to other departments Quick Apply.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
