optimal health to join our group training team in Tempe, AZ.
Our trainers are fast-adapting and strive to deliver a group training experience that is high energy, top-notch and professional while also having fun on the training floor.
Degrees, Certification(s) and experience are a must if you want to be considered.

Our core business services are Group Training
Personalized Coaching, which is why we are looking for trainers who are not only good in the group trianing encironment, but who also have the experiecne to potentially coach members on nutrition, lifestyle and much more.
We strive to deliver the best training service as we can and continue to grow and be a major competitor in the Tempe area.
We describe our classes as 'Strength
Conditioning', as there are classes throughout the week that focus on one or the other.
We believe this will deliver the best results for our members while also giving them the opportunity to learn form, technique and evolve at their own pace in a group training environment.
We currently offer over 45 classes each week to attend and we use a diverse set of training tools and expect our trainers to be coach-able and learn quickly on the tools with which they are unfamiliar with (I.
e.
steel maces, kettlebells, steel clubs, etc.
) You will have opportunities to ascend within the company as we grow in the fitness
training space here in the greater Phoenix area.
We're a big team here and are looking for another person to join us and help us make an impact moving forward! REQUIRED - 2+years Training Experience REQUIRED - Training Certification or Fitness-related Bachelors Degree Please do not apply without experience and a certification and/or degree.
