06 an hour Vitalant is currently seeking a Donor Relations Specialist Float with front desk, customer service and/or sales experience for our donor care centers located in Glendale, Phoenix, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Goodyear, and Scottsdale Our ideal candidate has a heart for helping others and a passion for saving lives.
As a Donor Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for greeting donors when they attend a donation center for blood and blood product donation.
You will be providing education to donors on the different types of blood and blood products needed to save lives, helping them feel comfortable, answering any pre-donation questions and signing them up for their next visit.
Every day you'll be having fun making a measurable difference in your community.

Provide excellent customer service while booking and re-booking donor appointments Assist donor care staff with donor flow and monitoring wait times Educate donors on the donation process, blood needs, blood products and blood components Administer customer service and marketing surveys to donors Meet and exceed donor metrics High School Diploma or GED 1 year in related field such as customer service, receptionist, sales required Great customer service and interpersonal skills About Us Vitalant is the nation's largest independent nonprofit organization focused exclusively on providing lifesaving blood services.
