30pm Description This role is focused on pulling cardboard, plastic, and gathering loose product throughout the Self-Serve Furniture Area, Putting product away into respected home locations.
Placing carboard and loose plastic into recycling bins, and operating compactor/baler.
No travel required.
Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and warehouse safety is needed.
Hand tools and safety vest is provided.
Steel toes/safety toe shoes are required and not provided.
Physical Demands:
Lifting/Carrying/Pushing/Pulling/Sliding/Transferring- Up to 50lbs Frequently Standing/Walking/Talking/Reaching/Hearing/Seeing/Twisting/Turning/Leaning- Frequently Working Condition:
Indoor- Frequently - Climate Controlled Safely operate machinery and tools associated with warehouse processes.
Ensure safe and productive flow of goods in the assigned areas.
Maintain a clean and safe work area in all locations within the fulfilment unit.
Contribute to an environment where culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Cardboard baler - putting cardboard in the baler and pressing a button to compress.
May operate machinery such as the Bailer and pallet jack.
