Job DescriptionUnder general direction, will assist the department with broad real estate development and management-related tasks.
Perform work associated with public-private partnerships, financial analysis and underwriting, accounting, leasing, GIS Mapping, legal documentation, third-party consultant agreements, market research, and facility-use agreements.
Working Environment Activities are performed in an environmentally controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, keyboarding, and manipulating a computer mouse.
Required to stand for varying lengths of time and walk moderate distance to perform work.
Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 25 pounds.
Regular activities require ability to quickly change priorities which may include and/or are subject to resolution of conflicts.
Clearly communicate to perform essential functions.
Possible out of state and local travel to various properties.

Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field and five (5) years of related real estate work experience; OR, any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved, which experience is achieved by working for a development company or other relevant segment of the industry (i.
e.
real estate lending, real estate equity, brokerage, etc.

Experience in using writing skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Aid in preparing property tax assessments.
Coordinate with outside development consultants.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations and summaries for executive leadership on projects and development strategies.
Support department in the administration of existing leases.
Assist with reviewing project-specific and master-plan financial proforma analysis.
Ownership of ad hoc tasks and responsibilities to advance the department's goals.
Manage/file/organize project documents.
Assist in creating annual property reports.
