We are currently looking to hire a diligent and progressive leader to join our team.
You will make an impact to the organization and drive service excellence in the fast moving and growing semiconductor industry.
This role will oversee and be responsible for all aspects of the Customer Service function.
You will drive service excellence for Customer satisfaction, as well as work in alignment across the organization with various functional teams including commercial, supply chain, logistics and finance.
Key
Responsibilities:
oDevelop objectives for the Customer Service team to meet or exceed defined service level targets.
oManage staffing availability, performance development and development of team members.
This includes defining and managing training plans for new hires.
oBe the Voice of Customers and drive opportunities to improve quality of services.
oEnsure SOP adherence and ownership of Customer Service audit including closure of findings.
oResponsible for cost and team performance.
oLeverage customer service functional tools and use data to support decision making.
The preferred location for this role is Tempe, Arizona.
It can also be located in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
Minimum
Qualifications:
oBachelor degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or other related subject.

years team management experience oExperience working with the Customer Service function oUp to 15% domestic travel Preferred
Qualifications:
oFamiliar with Customer Service operation or SAP ERP Order to Cash function oExperience working in a global organization oExperience working in Semiconductor industry oLeadership, change management and conflict management experience Recommended Skills Auditing Business Administration Change Management Conflict Management Customer Satisfaction Customer Service Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
