TECHLITE is an innovative leader and manufacturer of Insulation and Acoustical products.
The company is looking for the right candidate to join our Sales Support Team in Tempe.
A person that learns quickly and is able to provide excellent service and follow up to our clients.
This position requires good organizational skills with attention to detail in order to provide necessary customer requirements to production, outside sales personnel, quality team, and our engineering department.
Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, answering incoming telephone calls, accurately quoting, entering orders, order management (payments, holds, pricing requests, terms requests, commercial invoices, shipment tracking), utilizing our TECHLITE E-2 ERP system, office software and other office equipment.
Respond quickly to our website customer inquiries and timely follow-up on customer requests.
While performing the duties of the job the employee will work in a multi-occupied open office environment using standard office equipment sitting, talking, hearing throughout the 8-9 hour shift.
This position is non-exempt.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
Increase overall sales by helping to serve the customer and manage purchase orders that are on hold for PO revisions, waiting for payment, etc.
Website Inquiries and RFQs, respond to customer or escalate to Engineering for technical assistance, follow up to ensure customer is satisfied.
Maintain accurate records of interactions with the customers in an orderly manner.
Acts with diplomacy and exhibits behavior consistent with the inside sales and service philosophy.
Input all data and pertinent information within ERP system including entering quotes, inputting orders, tracking order status/follow up, sending order confirmations, invoicing, issue RMA's and coordinating shipping) Answer incoming calls and make follow up calls to customers.
All additional functions related to position as determined by their manager(s).
Requirements:

years exceptional customer service experience work for a manufacturer High School diploma or GED required and four year degree is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good at critical thinking and problem solving Very detail oriented and innovative Must be experienced in Microsoft Office Suite Aptitude to quickly learn and navigate new software systems and applications Must possess a professional and positive attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers The ability to actively listen and communicate with our customers by phone/email Be able to multi-task and provide support to the sales team and sales goals A basic understanding of the Insulation and Acoustics industry is preferred, but not necessary.
Pay:
$17.
50 - $18.
00 per hour
