The Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) Linehaul team is growing rapidly and seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Specialist to improve the shipper experience for vendors and sellers who ship with Amazon Inbound Transportation.
As Amazon continues to drive innovation within transportation and logistics, we consistently evaluate our current network shipper defects and drive improvements through shipper coaching and performance management.
In this role, the candidate will work directly with shippers to create solutions, and take action to improve shipper performance metrics.
We focus on learning, innovating , and are customer-focused, with a direct line of engagement with our vendors.
We are looking for candidates with a strong passion for ownership and accountability, to manage shipper performance and best practice adoption and control implementation across a range of stakeholders, teams, partners and services.
As regular and ongoing communications with vendors to resolve issues and assist them in remaining in compliance with Amazon standards, the ideal Account Specialist will be able to communicate at a high level.

beKey job responsibilities-Monitor, verify, and present data daily-Overcome transportation disruptions and other barriers in real time.
-Identify transportation defect root causes.
-Maintain Daily logs on assigned shippers-Lead weekly calls with assigned shippers-Lead Daily Business Review Stand up calls SpacerWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
