Senior Program Manager, Contingency Response Center

The AMZL Contingency Response Center is looking for a Senior Program Manager to join a growing effort dedicated to protecting drivers and associates from large scale hazardous events.
We create or build upon existing procedures to anticipate areas of risk, institute preventative measures, and execute timely interventions to protect all of our drivers and Last Mile associates from harm during large scale events (e.
g.
extreme weather or geological events, civil unrest, terrorism, infrastructure failure, wild fires) while delivering on our Customer Promise.
Key job responsibilities- Develop and manage programs relevant to CRC responsibilities that pertain to operational-facing systems and AMZL organizational goals.
- Work closely with partners in a cross-functional environment, provide training, analysis, and feedback to stakeholders to drive process improvements.
- Support the business strategy, in close collaboration with leadership and Last Mile stakeholders to achieve shared safety goals.
- Embrace difficult and ambiguous problems, using Bias for Action to keep drivers safe and bridge operational impact with safety mandate.
- Provide data driven insights and create data-informed initiatives that will improve Last Mile safety programs as they align Amazon's business lines.
- Enhance processes, optimize workflows, and improve efficiency in order to increase program performance.
- Proactively measure and analyze data, identify risks/issues, and overcome hurdles to drive results.
- Translate metrics and trends into program improvement opportunities.
About the teamThe AMZL CRC partners with stakeholders across Amazon to support best in class safety and risk mitigation cross-organizational functions for Amazon's Delivery Associates and Partners.
In this role, the Senior PM, CRC, will be part of a team that works with leaders across the Amazon to create and scale a worldwide LSE strategy to mitigate risk while keeping our customer promise.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
