Program Manager, Change Management within the Account Health Support (AHS) team acts as the primary interface between Amazon and the internal business partners we support.
We obsess over providing world-class support to Sellers selling on the Amazon platform.
We strive to predict the Seller's needs before they recognize they may have a problem, and provide solutions to assist our third-party business partners better serve their customers.
AHS Sr.
Program Manager, Change Management are Subject Matter Experts responsible for measuring and testing processes to inform program-level actions including identifying and escalating potential gaps in risk assessment methodology, controls, and Seller experience.
AHS Sr.
Program Manager, Change Management specialize in multiple verticals and are closely aligned with policy teams to leverage the ever-changing expertise of their risk colleagues.
drives the end-to-end change integration process to ensure defects are eliminated before launch.
The Sr.
Program Manager, Change Management drives launch timelines, sets guidelines for instrumentation and communication, and oversees post-launch defect identification.
They ensure inputs from the experience, insights and analytics team are prioritized according to impact, and oversee measurement of the return on investment to Amazon for launched programs.
This program also oversees the AHS Business Continuity strategy.
They collaborate with the AHS Global Integration Management team on training, content, and quality to identify and close knowledge gaps for our team of worldwide AHS specialists and risk managers.
They are passionate about resolving issues on behalf of our Sellers and employees.
Successful candidates will focus on proactively identifying upstream policy defects that could negatively impact AHS as well as remedying existing process defects.
Key job responsibilitieso Standardize program guardrails and mechanisms spanning multiple complex programs to deliver a launch to a global operations teamo Creates mental model for upstream defect eliminationo Shares findings for process and tools improvement with the global AHS network.
o Summarizes the best practices and communicate with the site leaders/Operations managers.
o Develops narratives to communicate process findings to leadership.
o Defines / scopes programs or deliverables - helps to engage with the business.
o Works backwards - demonstrates planning capability to execute on deliverables (manages stakeholders, and coordinates details).
o Executes needs assessments (surveys, interviews) and makes process/program improvements accordingly.
o Continuously improves needs assessment process.
o Helps org to optimize on best practices.
o Conducts surveys, makes improvements, and creates reports.
o Gathers and does initial analysis on deliverable impact.
o Uses appropriate judgement to balance use of and application of anecdotal related to the success of the deliverable and is able to theme it with the other results.
o Data collected is internally consumed.
o Measure key metrics, process, or control risk to inform product and program level risk assessments.
o Taking personal ownership of/or allocating new escalations and ensuring resolution in a timely manner.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
