Your daily interactions will be with participants of employer-sponsored retirement plans over the phone, providing guidance and solutions, as well as long-term investing options.
As you build your knowledge and skills with ongoing classroom and hands-on training, you will become a subject matter authority on retirement products and services, consulting with participants in retirement plans to identify needs and offer solutions that can change their futures.

This Team works collaboratively in the office together; not a 100% remote role.

Required Qualifications Flexibility to work Monday-Friday any time between 7:
30am-8:
00pm Local AZ Time based on contact center needs Preferred Qualifications Strong candidates will have robust written and verbal communication skills.
These are vital to the consultative process when recommending appropriate solutions while also educating our participants.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
