Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate - Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information - Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records - Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any outstanding issues - Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products or services - Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus, particularly proficiency in English and another language Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong data entry skills with attention to detail - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Experience in outbound calling is a plus - Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
