In this role, you will be responsible for the care and supervision of adults with developmental disabilities.
This includes behavior management, habilitation goals, medication administration and daily living skills.
These shifts are in Tempe near Mill and Baseline.
Overnight Shift:
Sunday from 11pm to Monday 8am, Monday from 9pm to Tuesday 7am, Tuesday from 9pm to Wednesday 7am, Wednesday from 9pm to Thursday 7amOvernight Shift:
Thursday from 9pm to Friday 7am, Friday from 11pm to Saturday 11am, Saturday from 11pm to Sunday 11am.
Shift:
Sunday from 11am to 11pm, Monday from Thursday from 2pm to 9pm.
Shift (Part-time):
Thursday from 2pm to 9pm, Friday from 2pm to 11pm, Saturday from 11am to 11pm.
Responsibilities:
o Group home staff will be responsible for the care and supervision of adults with Developmental Disabilities.
o Supervision and care of individualso Assisting in daily living skillso Behavior managemento Medication administrationo Transportation of members with the use of a company vanHighlighted below are our minimum requirements to get you started in the group homes.
o Must have a high school diploma or G.
E.
Do Must be 21
years old.
o Must be able to pass a Criminal Background and Fingerprint Clearance Card.
We will assist you with obtaining the card.
o Valid AZ driver's license (driving will be required)o Must have a clean 39-month motor vehicle record.
Preferred
Qualifications:
We offer paid training for the Department of Developmental Disabilities required certifications.
o Current Certifications (CPR, First Aid, Prevention and Support, Article 9, and DCW)o Experience in Group Homes, DTA's, HCBS, or DTT's a plus.
