year's tenure at ACB! Position Summary Our customer service representatives are responsible for providing outstanding customer service to clients and customers via telephone and email; and processing claims by comparing them to client requirements.
We ensure compliance with client program specifications and ACB policies and procedures.
Typical day as a Customer Service Representative Research and resolve client inquiries and communications to ensure clients receive timely, efficient and accurate service Audit advertising or Incentive claims Answer incoming calls - We are not a call center! Call volume is light! What are we looking for Outgoing, positive, can-do attitude Coachable and a curiosity to learn Great communication skills Resourcefulness Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer knowledge High School Diploma or equivalent certificate What can you expect from us Knowledgeable, encouraging, supporting and present leadership Fun and friendly work environment Monday - Friday schedule! Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
