Sr Manager, Network Planning & Performance, AIT-IPEX

Amazon Inbound Transportation, Inbound Planning and Execution team is responsible for end-to-end performance and continuous improvement of Amazon's inbound supply chain tech and processes for new inventory arrivals into the Amazon network.
This role is responsible for developing the strategy, visibility and cross-functional partnerships required to reduce volatility and achieve cost and performance targets.
We are looking for an individual with a strong delivery record and leadership to dive deep into tech and process gaps, uncover root-cause of defects and develop the cross-organizational roadmap to improve.
This leader will thrive in ambiguity and obsess about our internal and external customers.
As the Sr.
Manager of Inbound Network Orchestration, you will lead our Backlog Strategy vertical to drive strategic solutions across buying, planning and execution from purchase to delivery.
You will be responsible for building visibility tools and financial models, conducting correlation/causation analysis and establishing the rights KPIs and goals to deliver results.
You will drive development and execution through data-driven decisions and analytical problem solving.
You will be accountable for long-term step-functional improvements.
Additional responsibilities include supporting a diverse and inclusive culture by coaching and mentoring, nurturing positive employee relations and leading by example.
Key Deliverables:
- Develop End to End Root Cause Defect attribution logic and visualization for network performance with stakeholder ownership alignment - Develop financial impact and tradeoff model for the inbound supply chain in regards to defect resolution levers and Sales/OPs planning decisions - Partner across business and tech teams to develop short and long-term development roadmap to enhance buying and placement systems, optimized for speed and cost impactKey job responsibilities- Manage full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with considerable impact across multiple organizations- Development of the overall program strategy, tactically driving teams in and outside of your organization to deliver- Define the program (mission, vision, tenets), set objectives, analyze data and drive improvements that are quantified with metrics- Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment, seeking to understand business problems, automation limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions and reasons behind leadership decisions- Partner with teams across the business you support and beyond to source, allocate, and coordinate resources- Partner with customers, internal/external teams, and engineering teams to determine what projects move forward and in what priority order- Oversee gaps between teams, processes and systems, helping teams reduce exposure to classic failure modes (e.

, requirements not sufficiently understood or documented, ineffective cross-team collaboration, long-term impact(s) from third-party solutions, security not considered, insufficient stakeholder review, etc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
