Consistently represents the company and its services positively while taking calls from customers, dispatching as necessary, and giving resolution to the caller's request.
Provides overall general support to Operations and Sales teams.
Provides required service, repair, and Mod reports.
Assist in the entry of data and information in the LiftKeeper software platform.
Purchasing of materials and parts as needed to support Operations.
Coordination and follow-up on city and state correction orders.
Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
OTHER:
Always professionally represent the company ensuring quality customer service.
Abide by all policies, rules, and regulations of Axxiom Elevator and our clients including all applicable rules, regulations, and procedures.
Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company.
SKILLS/
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, Associates Degree preferred Strong computer skills, MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Superb communication skills both in writing and verbally Adept of using logical skills and analytical capabilities Works well under pressure and deadlines, strong work ethic Report generation, administrative communications, and writing skills Understanding the customer, customer focus, strong communication skills with the ability to inform others, promote teamwork Job Type:
