The North American Customer Fulfillment (NACF) Central Flow team provides critical operational insights to the Amazon Fulfillment Technology team and works with leaders to develop advanced and intuitive automated flow control for Amazon fulfillment operations.
Central Flow is comprised of multiple business verticals each tasked with monitoring and overseeing different aspects of daily operations throughout Amazon's fulfillment network.

As a Senior Manager of Learning, Training and Development (LT&D) in Central Flow, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop a team of highly impactful Subject Matter Experts (SME) of adult learning and training.
Your team will shape the learning experiences for an entire organization and raise the bar for technical knowledge.
They own critical programs that teach and improve all aspects of flow management and risk mitigation for our customers.
As a L&TD Sr.
Manager, you will focus on developing the expertise of internal teams, learner analytics, and troubleshooting & improving Central Flow's product and process understanding.
Your team will develop and own training content, design, and delivery of continuous learning content from a wide range of L4-L8 leaders both within Central Flow and across NACF.
This is a high visibility role responsible for Hiring and Developing the Best within the Central Flow organization, impacting multiple business types across North America.
Your vision and team will directly impact thousands of operations leaders throughout the US and Canada to improve supply chain execution and technical training.
You will contribute to strategic document writing, people strategy vision, and supporting the ongoing recruiting efforts for the organization.
Your vision will shape the organization for hundreds of employees and impact NACF Fulfillment operations.
This role is located in any of Amazon's corporate locations and is expected to be able to work onsite at least three days a week.
This role will include about 10% travel- primarily to support Fulfillment Center (FC) operations, Regional Leadership events, and PPT conferences.
This position is NOT remote and DOES require you to be onsite at in Tempe, AZ or Nashville, TN.
Key job responsibilities-> Work with Central Flow & Execution leaders at all levels to deliver engaging, and insightful training programs as well as program management -> Manage a diverse team of learning experts, instructional designers, and program managers.
-> Deliver action plans for senior managers and directors, while being a trusted partner to these senior leaders.
-> Manage recruiting and sourcing processes in partnership with Talent Acquisition to provide a seamless new hire experience.
->Write strategy documents to guide the vision and development of organizational plans.
-> Use data and bias for action to work through ambiguity and deliver results.
-> Travel up to 10% domestically.
