Compliance Program Manager.
In this role, you will drive federal, state, and local regulatory compliance in Amazon's Middle Mile Transportation network.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience partnering with technical teams, managing stakeholders and customers, managing multiple priorities and deadlines, and delivering strong results.
Technical knowledge and understanding are a plus.
This person must have a high degree of autonomy with the ability to navigate ambiguous problems, develop solutions, and drive projects forward with minimal guidance.
They must be able to think strategically, yet execute methodically to deliver to the highest standards.
This person has excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the aptitude to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to varied audiences.
They will have a strong entrepreneurial orientation and a desire to build things from scratch and willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary in a start-up like environment.
Key job responsibilitiesPartner with Legal and Environmental stakeholders to define transportation regulations and discrete requirements; determine how they impact the business (transportation regulatory compliance experience or relevant regulatory experience required).
Define both long term strategy and short term plans to achieve program goals and deliver business results.
Define, prioritize and plan resources and technical requirements needed for programs to be delivered on time.
Work with external parties in order to generate program adoption and ensure a successful implementation.
Write business cases, perform supporting research and analysis, write specifications, and drive product development from design to release.
You will be required to have clear, precise, and regular communication with all stakeholders for program/product status reports as well as leadership reviews.
Drive change management and adoption of solution across Ops teamsManage post-launch activities (user support, new feature development, etc.
)Establish KPIs (key performance indicators), identify gaps, and improve performance and adoption of program/product.
Deep dive problems or opportunity areas and propose solutions to address.
Generate new ideas to drive improvement, efficiency and automation across the transportation supply chain.
Up to 25% Travel for this roleWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Bellevue, WA, USA Tempe, AZ, USA.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
