Sr.
Program Manager, Change Management within the Account Health Support (AHS) team acts as the primary interface between Amazon and the internal business partners we support.
We obsess over providing world-class support to Sellers selling on the Amazon platform.
We strive to predict the Seller's needs before they recognize they may have a problem, and provide solutions to assist our third-party business partners better serve their customers.
The Account Health Support (AHS) Team is looking for a Learning & Development (L&D) Program Manager to join our Global Operations and be a leader on our team.
We are seeking a talented, data driven, and proven individual with training program experience to support AHS worldwide across various functions.
The L&D Program Manager will be a key person to shape the onboarding, training, and career development of the Account Health Support team.
The ideal candidate should be able to work in a cross functional, fast-paced environment; has strong program management and communication skills.
As the AHS L&D Program Manager, you will be responsible for creation and execution of an aggressive roadmap that will support a global team.
You will be responsible for providing support and development to a team of 7-12 site trainers globally.
Success candidates are collaborators who work closely with cross functional teams to effectively prioritize and deploy training programs based on customer and business need.

years' experience in program or project managemento Experience using data and metrics to drive improvementso Experience in a training role; designing and developing customer-centric solutions, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs.
o Excellent verbal and written communicator; experience in engaging multiple stakeholders.
o Data skills and the ability to understand how learning activities and responsibilities play into the metrics that drive team successo The ability to work in fast-paced ambiguous environments, adapting quickly to changing circumstances, processes and priorities o Full proficiency in MS Officeo Desire to think beyond traditional classroom training experiences and innovate in the L&D spaceo Detail-oriented, team-focused, and a quick problem-solverPreferred qualificationso Demonstrated use of multiple learning methods and linking appropriate methods with learners and outcomeso Industry certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, performance improvement, project management, and content-specific certifications as appropriateo Experience as an L&D Business partner for an Operations focused organizationo Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels to understand their role in employee development and help build their skillso Ability to use multiple learning methods and to match the appropriate methods with the subject mattero Familiarity with online learning technology (e.

, Articulate Storyline) o Proven ability to identify opportunities and launch original learning solution(s) with real impactKey job responsibilitiesoDevelop curricula to support onboarding of new employees, and development of tenured employeeso Manages relationship with stakeholders to understand training needso Conducts data analysis deep dive to measure training impacto Works backwards - demonstrates planning capability to execute on deliverables (manages stakeholders, and coordinates details).

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
