Maintain procurement strategies for the marketing category, aligning with the overall business objectives and cost reduction goals. Maintain relationships with marketing suppliers and ensuring that supplier partnerships are aligned with the organization's strategic goals. Identify opportunities to optimize costs while maintaining or improving quality in marketing procurement, including negotiating favorable terms and pricing agreements. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with marketing suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with marketing teams, stakeholders, and other departments to understand their specific needs and align procurement strategies accordingly. Identify and mitigate risks associated with marketing procurement, including supply chain disruptions, quality issues, and contractual disputes. Develop and manage budgets for marketing procurement activities, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial targets What do you bring? Proven experience in procurement, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing procurement. In-depth knowledge of marketing procurement practices, including advertising, media buying, creative services, and promotional materials. Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
