Client Management:
Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors Delivery:
Manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companiesResponsibilities include, among others, managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures Business Development:
Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies People Development:
Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices The Team Got your head in the cloud? Qualifications Required:
Full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementation experience in a functional role Demonstrated experience as a senior resource assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training Ability to travel 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Limited immigration sponsorship may be available A Bachelor's degree Preferred:
Functional implementation experience with 4
complex, full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint) Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment An advanced degree in the area of specialization Experience leading an entire work stream of relevant Oracle applications Information for applicants with a need for accommodation:

SalaryThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needsThe disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filledAt Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each caseA reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,175 to $218,625.
