Schedule:
40 hours 3X12 hour shifts per week, off for 4 days Must have open availability and be able to work overnights as well as day shifts.
The schedule could include a weekend day.
Compensation:
$20 per hour II.
Basic Function Trinity Air Medical (TAM) is a 24/7/365 operation that provides a critical service to the organ donation and transplantation community.
This role is critical in ensuring the organization's ability to carry out its mission in service to Organ Procurement Organizations (OPO's) and Transplant Centers.
This role is responsible for answering, directing, and documenting all calls to the operations center into Trinity Application Center (TAC).

Essential Coordinator Functions A.
Serve in an 8-12-hour shift capacity to support operational needs.
B.
Assist with a variety of requests as assigned by supervisors.
Keep thorough documentation and enter notes into the TAC system for all tasks handled.
C.
Assist Logistics Coordinators as requested to help complete the needed steps of a trip; this could include but is not limited to handling catering requests, sourcing air or ground transportation, confirming flight status or tracking the movement of an ongoing trip, and other duties as assigned.
D.
Communicate effectively by phone, text message, and email to both internal and external customers to ensure requests are completed accurately and with a high level of service.
Ensure customer-specific procedures are followed.
E.
Demonstrates an ability to make effective decisions and work collaboratively in a high-stress team environment.
F.
Adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure a high level of service and accuracy.
G.
Develop a basic understanding of OPO and transplant center terminology as well as aviation and ground terminology.
H.
Participate in ongoing training and development.
I.
Regular attendance at departmental meetings is required.
J.
Always demonstrate company core values and positively represent the brand in all internal and external communications.
K.
Proficient in computer software programs including Microsoft and data entry.
L.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications A.
Education/Experience 1.
Minimum 1-3-year experience in related fields preferred:
a.
Logistics, Dispatch, Aviation, Transportation B.
Skills/Aptitudes 1.
Ability to retain knowledge and follow company policies and procedures.
2.
Ability to learn and utilize medical terminology related to donation and transplantation.
3.
Must be able to apply learned knowledge to the job.
4.
Display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
5.
Display integrity, initiative, perseverance, flexibility, teamwork, and empathy.
6.
Must be organized and able to assist with multiple tasks simultaneously.
7.
Ability to proficiently use the English language.
8.
Must have reliable transportation.
C.
Physical and Mental Requirements 1.
Ability to work under stress with numerous interruptions, distractions and changing priorities.
2.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
3.
Requires long periods of sitting during a work shift.
4.
Night and weekend availability could be required.
