About the TeamThe primary focus of this role is to lead DoorDash s efforts to maintain optimal work environments that foster positive relationships and two-way communication between employees and leadership.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, People Advocacy, the role will help serve as a critical resource to a wide variety of cross-functional teams who support DoorDash s New Verticals and Customer Service teams.
About the RoleAs the Manager, People Advocacy, you will partner with a team responsible for identifying and addressing issues impacting the employee experience of our customer-facing teammates.
You will also partner closely with business leaders, Employment Legal, HR Business Partners, Employee Relations, and other functions within the People Team to address identified opportunities.

Compensation in other geographies may vary.
Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location.

California Pay Range:
$140,600 $222,000 USDWashington Pay Range:
$140,600 $211,000 USD.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
