Inbound Customer Care "Commerce Support"

Job Summary:
As an Athlete supporting the Digital Commerce & Corporate lines of business for a well know athletic company, you will provide a premium customer service experience by responding to inbound service related messages from a variety of contact channels including phone, email, live chat, and social media channels.
- Categories and functions supported may include:
- Running, Basketball, Global Football, Golf, Athletic Training, Womens Training, Baseball and others
- You will resolve customer concerns by working to create win-win resolutions for both company and its consumers
- You will respond efficiently, accurately, and professionally to a variety of companys consumers
- You will act as a customer advocate while protecting and promoting the companys integrity
- Youll use effective written and verbal communication skills applying sound judgment and effective business decision ability in servicing the customer
- In addition, you will utilize various systems and other support tools to ensure accurate responses to customer inquiries, while looking for opportunities to educate the customers
- A passion and enthusiasm for sports and sport products, including industry and market knowledge
- College degree preferred, ideally in communications or marketing. Educational requirement may be substituted with equivalent industry-related business experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Athletic experience at the team level or higher preferred; athletic experience at the high school level required Athletes service Athletes
- Experience in Customer Service, Retail and/or Sales preferred
- Strong customer service skills critical, with an emphasis on soft skills, customer-focused resolution, and de-escalation tactics
- Strong problem-solving, resolution, and decision-making skills, including the ability to quickly understand and analyze new information and situations
- Experience providing customer service via multiple contact channels (phone, e-mail, live chat, face-to-face, written correspondence, etc.) desired
- Experience with Athletic Digital Sport products preferred
- Internet savvy and social media awareness. Two years of experience or more preferred
- A working knowledge of multiple computer platforms, browsers and operating systems to assist with Athletic Digital Sport product set-up, issue resolution, and trouble shooting is preferred
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Must demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently within a diverse team environment
- Excellent written and verbal business communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including experience navigating the internet and using PC and Windows-based software (Microsoft Office).
- Ability to sit at a desk for long periods of time.
Ability to work weekends and flexible hours. Shifts vary from 4:00 a.m. 11:00 p.m. PST

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
