The Customer Solutions Provider will respond to inquiries, researching customer questions and resolve complex escalated customer situations. This position will provide a high level of service for our web and telesales customers.
Position will be required to troubleshoot through a heavily interfaced system environment on a continuous basis and must demonstrate a high level of personal accountability.

Bachelors degree or strong customer service background
Technology industry or troubleshooting experience
Experience with Google, Google Apps for Business and CRM systems a plus
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding telephone etiquette
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to navigate through several web applications simultaneously
Competency using MS Office applications
Ability to recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Both Full-time and Part-time day positions available

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
