BASIC FUNCTION OF JOB
The Pricing Analyst role is responsible for maintaining and driving sales-support functions tied to Pricing for Insight US. Execution is derived from a list of daily tasks. These include, but are not limited to:
Validating Client-Pricing requests from Sales which include house-load and floor waivers / exceptions
Validating and processing Client-Pricing Agreements
Working with Manufacturer Partners and Product Management teammates to maintain Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) and list pricing
Assist with system validation testing on Pricing enhancements / changes
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
A good understanding of pricing dynamics related to the IT Industry
Demonstrated creative problem solving ability
Effective oral, presentation, and written communication skills
Ability to excel in a team environment
Working knowledge of SAP and MS Excel is a plus
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor''s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
