Architecting, Designing and implementing the IBM AIX based solution for small to enterprise customer environments including Power architecture with HACMP and HACMP XD scenarios.
Review the IBM based solution proposal
Responsible for solution presentations to customer
Sizing of IBM hardware for Power based servers
Design the IBM based storage solutions for business continuity within and across data centers
Skills:
Extensive experience in installing, upgrading, and maintaining IBM environment with cluster setups
Should be well versed with design and installation of IBM Hardware
Should be well versed with design and installation of IBM servers, HACMP local and metro clusters
Should have knowledge on high level design and installation of IBM Storage
Sound knowledge on trouble shooting complex issues/problem in IBM environments
Should have knowledge of SAN and NAS technologies concepts
Should have knowledge and experience of server refresh and migration project based on IBM platforms
Should have knowledge on Data Migration tools- Sizing of IBM hardware for Power Based serversEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
