Account Executive
The candidate will be responsible for selling company products to the legal community within the assigned territory. Will leverage expert knowledge and professional demeanor to effectively manage company relationships, while capitalizing on opportunities within their accounts. Call on the senior attorneys at law firms, leveraging sales skills and excellent business skills. Attain assigned pipeline target and sales quotas. Submit sales forecasting and performance reports on a regular basis. Investigate customer needs in order to build a comprehensive understanding of issues/concerns. Use effective relationship building skills as a strategy for dealing with customers. Use appropriate interpersonal styles to consistently build trust and confidence with users, key contacts, managers and executives at company's customer sites. Communicate and interact effectively with internal team members including inside sales, account managers, regional management, and account executives to create high performing collaborative teams. Attain sales targets and quotas on a monthly basis. Demonstrate the use of Large Law products to the customer. Obtain and provide territory information regarding market intelligence and penetration.
Partner with internal team members such as inside sales, Account Managers and Product/Sales Specialists to achieve revenue goals and find new sales opportunities. Attend sales meetings and conventions as required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
