Summary:
Under the direction of the Senior Director of Recruiting and Training, the Recruiter is responsible for the full-cycle recruiting of high volume positions including Enrollment Specialists and other roles needed for a call-center environment. The Recruiter will manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing through the offer process and be extremely detailed oriented and organized. Some evening work required 10% of time when interviews are needed to be conducted.

Key Objectives for this Role:
Develop and execute recruiting plans.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Partner with leaders to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives
Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity
Develop and implement innovative search strategies
Administrative duties and recordkeeping including writing job descriptions, participating in prescreening and interviewing, sending offer letters, and preparing and sending on boarding materials

The ideal candidate will have the following background and education:
A bachelor's degree is required.
At least 5 years of Staffing/Recruiting experience, strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization.
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
