Genius Monkey is an award winning, digital marketing firm that specializes in optimized programmatical display advertising including video, banner, retargeting, search, social and more. In business since 2004, our most recent technological advances have put our company in full growth mode.
We are currently looking for a highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record in B2B sales to fill the position of Client Solutions Manager/Sales Rep. Experience in advertising and or the digital ad space is a plus but not absolutely required.
Responsibilities:
o Understand and communicate the details of Genius Monkey's Optimize Programmatical Display Platform and it's USP
o Develop strategic plan to achieve goals
o Cultivate relationships to foster new business as well as nurture existing accounts
o Continue on a path to personal education in order to stay on the cutting edge of our industry
Qualifications:
o Working knowledge of the online media business and underlying technology
o Excellent sales skills including the ability to create and build relationships
o Demonstrated track record of success
o Strong consultative and analytical skills
o Effective time management skills -- ability to prioritize, drive and execute
o Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, written and verbal communication skills
o Ability to work remote on occasion
Compensation:
100% commission with a minimum guarantee of $35k -- $50k per year with no limit on income. Other benefits and perks include insurance, company-catered lunches and quiet Fridays.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
