Be responsible for providing analytics and customer insights that support the improvement of customer experience on USAirways.com and USAirwaysVacations.com. Create, test, track, and analyzes website features/functionality to improve customer experience across the companys production websites. Perform in-depth analysis into key performance areas to identify customer struggle and provide recommendations for improvements. Manage and distribute reports related to website conversion rates and KPIs. Implement, configure, and customize the tools that aid in the analysis of customer experience. Create presentations to communicate their findings and recommendations for improvements. Tealeaf eventing, reporting, replay configuration, tool installation, upgrade, administration and maintenance.
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week/8 a.m.-5 p.m./M-F.
5 years of experience in Tealeaf administration, plus demonstrated experience in: Tealeaf Administration and maintenance support; SQL Server; HTML; JavaScript; performing infrastructure server maintenance activities; website usability and performance KPI reports; and designing and developing events, reports, scorecards & Dashboards.
Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, electronics engineering, computer information systems, management information systems, or related field.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
