Provide systems analysis and technical support for financial applications and systems used by the business teams. Perform research and analysis of system application needs and problems for business users. Support the maintenance, troubleshooting and support for applications and the system interfaces. Provide application support including incident management, service requests, Tier 3 tech support, and proper escalations for business critical applications. Identify application system changes, enhancements and perform development for Finance applications and liaising with appropriate vendors, business users and the IT Team to improve the business processes and accelerate critical business strategies. Works with the business and project managers to capture change requests, system enhancement requests, facilitate scheduled changes occurring with little or no impact to the business. Work with the infrastructure team and business users to understand and prioritize demand and suggest enhancements. Work with other IT teams, conducts operational reviews, assessment and reporting of performance and capacity metrics to verify that systems are functioning as designed. Coordinate and assist with troubleshooting of code defects, data errors and configuration problems, to determine the origin of application errors.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or in a computer-related occupation.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
