Summary:
Work with Sales and Supplier organizations to define overall strategic marketing direction for designated supplier(s) that drives maximum financial returns. Provides leadership to marketing team and internal indirect teams and is an interface between Tech Data and its Suppliers and Partners. Creates strategic marketing plans and programs and oversees execution to drive growth for target partner segments, customer segments and brand solutions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required

Responsibilities:
Understands company and supplier business objectives and develops marketing strategies and plans to support attainment of those objectives.
Manages a team of professionals to successfully develop and execute marketing programs that add value to supplier and partner relationships and results in an appropriate and measurable return on investment.
Provides leadership and management direction to assigned team Works with Tech Data Supplier and Sales organizations in the creation of go-to-market strategies and programs that align with Tech Data's solution and customer segmentation strategies.
Establishes measurable performance goals; Assess and develops individual team members and promote employee engagement.
Uses a variety of demand generation, sales enablement and training vehicles (e.g. advertising, sales programs, customer events) specifically designed to drive the attainment of Company, Tech Data and Partner revenue growth targets.
Identifies new marketing opportunities or unique areas that the supplier may be interested in funding to drive revenue and grow profit within the designated solution area.
Assists in the development, implementation and maintenance of standardized marketing methodologies, tools and objectives throughout the TS marketing organization.
Manages and maximize use of MDF and adhere to identified budget amounts in compliance with Supplier and Tech Data guidelines.

Strong people management skills with proven ability to effectively lead and develop high performing and engaged marketing teams with varying degrees of skills and professional backgrounds
Demonstrated ability to successfully collaborate for problem resolution Demonstrated effective negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal presentation skills at an executive business interface level
Expert knowledge of marketing techniques, principles and program development and delivery
Outstanding business acumen with experience benchmarking and measuring marketing ROI.
Qualifications, Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities and Working Conditions
Work
Experience:
Ten years of directly related experience in progressively more responsible positions specifically related to the successful development and deployment of marketing programs with at least 3 years experience in a leadership role with direct reports, preferably within team environments and with demonstrated successful
Education and Certification(s):
Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field, or the equivalent combination of formal education and directly related experience is required.
Distinguishing Characteristics:
This position is recognized as a highly qualified senior level role reporting to the most senior supplier marketing position. This position will be a manager for direct reports and accountability for the management of indirect team members.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
