Northern Trust's Fund Accounting department performs reporting and valuation services to Mutual Funds, Common/Collective Funds and partnership vehicles. Fund structures supported include multi-class, multi-managed and master/feeder. Net asset values (NAVs) are calculated daily, weekly or monthly and transactions are performed by Fund Accounting on a web-based accounting module. Tasks include reconciliations, transaction and corporate actions processing, income/expense accruals and NAV impact analysis.
