IT Systems Engineer

POSITION PURPOSE
L-3 Warrior Systems, a leading designer and manufacturer of laser, night vision, and electro-optic products is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to pursue a career in a fast-paced dynamic company. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & BASIC DUTIES
Manage, design, and enhance Microsoft Active Directory structure, accounts, and group policies
Manage four AD Forests and Domains in five different states with six data centers of over 12 domain controllers
Manage and enhance physical and virtual (VMware) server hardware and software
Responsible for five VMware ESXi clusters with over 15 ESXi hosts and over 200 VM servers
Manage and enhance enterprise (Netapp, SAN, Windows, and FreeNAS)
Demonstrate technical excellence with several system disciplines (e-mail, systems design, virtualization, etc.)
Proven abilities to multitask, train, lead, mentor others and re-prioritize daily tasks as needed
Design, plan, install, configure, and maintain infrastructure services, including storage, disaster recovery and virtualization
Deploys the release of new technologies as well as performs system integration testing of server operating systems, related utilities and hardware
Provide troubleshooting support for server and application problems.
Mentor and coach PC Techs
Responsible for the analysis, acquisition, installation, modification, performance monitoring, support, and improvement of server and storage infrastructure
Plan, schedule, monitor, and administer server, email, and Active Directory backups and restores
Build and support physical and virtual Windows and Linux servers
Plan and implement server upgrades, maintenance fixes, and vendor-supplied patches
Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot server performance (e.g. server event logs)
Provide primary support of Active Directory, VMWare, storage, infrastructure, servers hardware and software
Provide operational oversight of the server and storage infrastructure. Maintains and monitors server systems both physical and virtual to ensure proper functionality in support of the daily operations. Perform routine administrative configuration and changes to support operational changes within the IT infrastructure including the monitoring and remediation of security vulnerabilities.
Provide troubleshooting support for server and application problems. Demonstrate problem ownership and diligence in resolving problems in a timely manner. Coordinate with vendors and escalate issues as needed. Document problems in FHLB's and associated vendor trouble ticket system.
Develop and maintain server documentation
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Certification:
BS in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, and/or 5 years' equivalent work experiences
MCSE, VCP, and ITIL certification desirable
Required Knowledge:
Minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience with Microsoft Windows Server operating systems
Minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience with networking technologies
Expertise with Windows Server 2008R2/2012R2 and Active Directory
Expertise with VMware 5.5 / 6.0 and ESXi clusters are a must
Expertise with Backup Exec 2015 backup software and CASO implementation
Experience with co-location backup and disaster recovery
Expertise with Netapp, SAN & FreeNAS technologies
Experience Required:
Previous experience in a manufacturing plant IT environment.
United States citizenship required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Experience in the design, implementation and support of Enterprise ESX technologies
Experience working in environments of 300 servers with multiple VM Hosts and over 2,000 users
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
Experience with Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Skype Online, StorSimple, and Azure Servers and HyperV
Experience with Red Hat Linux or HP Unix
Excellent project management skills
Ability to effectively communicate orally and through written documents.
Excellent customer service skills, effectively establish rapport and develop effective relationships.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
Some travel will be required

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
