Job Requirements:
The Tempe office is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with experience in the roadway design of transportation projects. This position will function as the lead engineer on major projects for local agency clients, including cities, counties, and regional transportation planning authorities. Many projects will involve state highways and will require oversight by ADOT, McDOT, FCDMC and FHWA. As a design lead, this position works as part of a project team and leads civil design work including:
Responsible for developing highway and interchange designs, for conceptual level to final design/contract document level
Assists in the formulation of advanced technical concepts during proposal development, preliminary design phases, final design phases and presentations to client
Coordinates with other design disciplines, including roadway, traffic, structures, hydraulics/drainage, storm water, electrical, utilities, R/W, environmental, and erosion control
Ensures that production of specifications, reports and analyses meet scope, schedule, cost and quality requirements
Responsible for preparation of project related reports
Responsible for preparation of plans, specifications, and estimate bid packages
Represents respective projects at meetings with client, stakeholders and contractors
Plans, schedules, coordinates and oversees the work of other engineers
Job Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Construction Engineering
Minimum of 7 years of related experience
Professional registration is highly desirable
Proficient Microstation, Inroads/Openroads, and Geopak design software skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Alternative Delivery (design-build) experience is highly desirable
Self-motivated with strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task in a team environment
Ability to immediately work in the United States on a full time permanent basis without sponsorship
The selected candidate must have the ability to work in the United States immediately.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
