Job SummaryUnified Communications & Collaboration Engineer Senior UCC Engineer will be responsible for oversight of al Unified Communication at MUFG.
Design, implement and support the firm's diverse VoIP, Collaboration and Video Conferencing portfolio.
Implement industry standard solutions and delivery best in class service.
Evaluate and recommend next generation technology that improves end user experience, address tactical business requirements and aligns with long-term strategic goals.
Articulate practical solutions to mission critical issues in a high energy environment.
In addition, the SME will have principle accountability for quality assurance, system upgrades, maintenance, and monitoring to ensure product sustainability.
Major
Responsibilities:
Expert level Cisco UCS VoIP and MS cloud PBX solutions.
Knowledge of Cloud Pbx and UCaaS, including Cisco, Microsoft and Avaya.
Strong knowledge Cisco and Microsoft collaboration applications:
WebEx, Teams, Zoom, etc.
Strong working Knowledge of Video Conferencing systems:
Cisco, Microsoft and Crestron.
Proficient in networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, QoS, etc.
Working knowledge Cisco networking LAN/WAN, routing/switching.
Strong knowledge of Telecom services:
Enterprise SIP networks, IP Toll free, E164, etc.
Perform infrastructure system management, consulting, and integration functions across multiple Unified Communications and Collaboration platforms.
Ability to maintain a detail-oriented approach while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills and able to organize and interpret data from various sources.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team setting.
Demonstrate proactive approach to problem and incident.
Researches, analyzes, and recommends systems improvements and enhancements.
Develops and manages operational and preventive maintenance checks for all UC systems.
Creates and maintains run books and databases including documentation for all product hardware, software, and operations manuals.

Support standards around Unified Communication integration with the focus on end-users experience.
Education/Certification:
BS degreeCertifications in one or more areas:
(Routing, Switching, Security, VOIP preferred).
