Business Intelligence Specialist II

ADP is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst.
In this position you will work with The ADP Tax Services organization who is looking for a self-motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to work on defining and developing new business intelligence capabilities that provide the Tax Services team with new insights for their external clients and internal operations.
In this role the Business Intelligence Analyst will help to manage the backlog of Tax Services analytic, supporting existing and planned initiatives at both the local Tax Services level as well as the broader Payroll Tax level and will assist in defining standardized methods to capture and report key analytics, metrics and KPI's related to business objectives and initiatives.
In addition, they will engage with the ADP AVS Analytics and Business Intelligence initiative in adopting ADP capabilities and standards where appropriate.
This position will report up to the Sr.
Director, Shared Services and will work closely with the services delivery, tax operations and product management, as well as key members of the IT organization.

Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and execute a variety of quantitative analysis projects to drive strategic product and operational decision making through actionable insight.
Manage and prioritize the Tax Service analytics backlog for client and operations insights.
Define business problems in terms of a User Story as part of ADP's Agile development methodology.
Lead establishing the associated business case / economic value to support prioritization.
Demonstrate subject matter expertise in analytical analysis and modeling domains.
Select appropriate business intelligence platforms to support the business objective.
Perform detailed analysis and research activities utilized to derive insights and work with technical resources to deliver operational mechanism such as dashboards, ad-hoc reports and models.
Interface with the AVS Analytics Product Management community to refine strategies.
Develop awareness of and familiarity with issues impacting our clients and operations.
Demonstrates consistent ability to creatively look at the client and operation data to define new ways to derive insights from internal and external data points.
Assists in the development of migration strategies of existing business intelligence and reporting tools into the ADP Business Intelligence platform.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Education and Experience 3-5 years previous experience with analyzing business intelligence.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
