Private room in condo with own bathroom and utilities split in half (electric). Located in a fairly quiet neighborhood that's still close enough to supermarkets, the mall, and is about 12 mins from ASU. The condo is 2 bed 2 bath so you would have your own bathroom. Shared living room and kitchen are slightly furnished but enough room to add your own belongings. Washer/Dryer unit in condo as well. You would have your own unshaded parking space and access to the amenities on site like pool and a small fitness center. Looking for someone quiet and well mannered to share the space with one roommate who has his own room and bathroom. $750 monthly and 50% of electric bill. $350 move in deposit
