Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, by Superhog the leading vacation rental guest screening provider. The link to their verification website will be provided upon booking approval. Please note that before your stay begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. Terms and conditions are available on their website. As a convenience for our guests (in lieu of collecting a deposit), we require you to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver ($35) through partner at Superhog, as this protects you in case you for any accidental damage during your stay. This will be collected during the Know Your Guest verification process. Each bedroom is equipped with a queen size mattress and closet, with a dresser. We provide a small property safe in each bedroom for our guests storage. Each bedroom also has a 43" ROKU smart TV. Internet Wi-Fi is available at 40mbps throughout the house. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with workspace for working. One bathroom is located adjacent to two of the bedrooms, complete with a full shower. We provide a complete line of our premium Bliss bath products. The master bedroom has an attached master bathroom, complete with a full shower. Essential toiletries are provided for our guests for any list minute items. The kitchen and dinning room is easily accessible with a full electric stove/microwave/dishwasher/oven/coffee maker/blender and electric kettle. We provide a limited amount of condiments for cooking. Relax in our mid-century modern decorated dinning room, with available mini-cocktail cart for your enjoyment. Relax outside on our patio couch or comfortable dining chairs and enjoy the Arizona afternoons. For those who enjoy the sun, you can work on your suntan while reclining on our lounge chairs. Once nighttime arrives, relish by the propane firepit while staring at the stars and enjoying your favorite beverage. We have a BBQ available for our guests who enjoy cooking. We have a full service laundry room with washer/dryer and limited laundry soaps/detergents for your use. There is also (1) electric vehicle charging station in the driveway for any EV vehicle.
