This Rover is finished in Land Rover Raven Black and looks befitting of Royalty.
Its very clean inside and generally in original and in unmodified condition with the exception of a very nice repaint.
It's in good solid condition including chassis, outriggers, rear-cross member, bulkhead, floors and panels.
The frame is complete and has no previous welding.
This car spent its entire life in California and Arizona.
The car is fitted with rare Tom Wilkinson Racing (TWR) wheels and new tires.
The rare factory side steps and Hella fog lights really complete the look and it even has custom Black Raven badges front and rear.
The engine sounds lovely and pulls strongly like a beast of a V8 should.
The vehicle's road manners are what you would expect from a classic Rover.
The suspension feels tight and well sorted, steering and braking perform to satisfaction, as they should.
The engine keeps perfect temperature and excellent oil pressure at all times.
No driving abnormalities are present and its a true joy to drive.
The Rover V8 was recently completely gone through and tuned up with complete check over including all fluids, hoses and rubber parts.
The 4x4 system has been checked and all is operating in specification.
The air ride suspension functions correctly if called on.
Custom performance sway bars have been fitted front and rear to tighten up the road handling as a whole.
I drove this truck back 3 hours from Tucson where in has lived the last several years and it handled 90mph phenomenally.
This Rover captures attention wherever it goes and of anyone around it.
Suited for those weekend getaways or around town, its a timeless classic that is very sharp and stylish.
Just complete suspension overall with new shocks and springs all round with a new fuel tank and pump.
It doesn't run hot and recent service work includes a new radiator fitted, distributor, leads, plugs, fuel tank, fuel pump, spark plugs and coils fitted so it's all set and ready to be driven! Overall this Land Rover is in good condition and operates exactly as it should.
