Vehicle Description FRESH INVENTORY! This Sexy 1988 Porsche 930 Turbo coupe is fresh in from a 24yr private ownership.
These cars are coming to market less and less as the get pulled into collections.
This car is a excellent driver quality car and is for the next owner who really wants to get out there and use a car the way it was meant to be driven and not worry about it.
This car would be great to set up to take to vintage track days.
This is not a car for the faint of heart! When the boost comes on you better be on your A game or this car will make you pay.
The car has been well maintained including recent overhaul of the turbo system by the Porsche dealership.
We have put the car through our in house Porsche Certified Master Tech and he has dialed in the fine tuning and tune up.
NOTE This car has had emissions equipment removed so can not be registered in California without re-modification at buyers cost.
Arizona buyers will have to register this as a Collectors Vehicle and get the required insurance and be limited on yearly miles driven.
Now that we got that out of the way.
Lets talk history.
This car is a great quality car and has never been seriously structurally damaged.
However it does show a front end damage report in 1996 which required the replacement of the driver fender.
The bumper and hood are still original so it was not a major incident.
The car also has a total loss declared to to theft in 1988 when it was new and was recovered a few months later.
The chassis vin was altered so this can not be exported.
It still has its correct factory pillar vin and door jamb vin and there is another The car does currently have a totally CLEAN AND CLEAR Arizona title and I do not see any issue in registering in any of the 48 States.
The car has total miles on the engine and chassis at 89k.
